Collaborative Laboratory for Applied Bioinformatics (CLAB) provides system administration and bioinformatics software application support and development for educational institutions across the state of Nebraska, USA.
CLAB is a partnership between the College of Information Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska, Omaha (UNO) and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). It is operated as a component of the Bioinformatics Program of UNO and physically located at UNO PKI.
What We Do
We support a growing list of software packages on a small set of hardware. At UNMC we support GSAF and offer tutorials. For organizational information you can read about our working model.
