Genetic Sequence Analysis Facility (GSAF)

We provide support and tools to researchers including:

  • free consultation
  • free accounts to use GCG (SeqLab X-Windows interface, SeqWeb interface, Unix command-line).
    • PLEASE NOTE: we are updating our system and we encourage all users to use BioLinux and bioinformatics tools that come with it.
      If you need assistance in installing BioLinux or want to use one, please contact us at support -AT-
      Relevant information about accessing a BioLinux server and the GSAF GCG server is provided within this document Gsaf-gcg_server_access_instructions.pdf.
  • assistance licensing, installing, and using the freely available Vector NTI program and other tools
  • Unix and Windows platforms to run analysis tools
